Healing Minds, Strengthening Relationships.
Who We Are
HETREDEL Counseling and Psychotherapy Services Ltd. is a licensed, client-centred mental health practice committed to providing professional, evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and organisations.
Founded on the belief that every person carries within them the capacity for healing and growth, HETREDEL was established to bridge the gap between mental health need and quality mental health care. Our team of qualified, compassionate therapists draws on a rich blend of therapeutic models — from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy to Trauma-Informed Care and Solution-Focused approaches — to meet each client exactly where they are.
We operate with the highest standards of confidentiality, professional ethics, and cultural sensitivity, creating a therapeutic environment where healing is not only possible — it is expected.
To be a leading force in transforming mental health culture — creating a world where every individual, regardless of background, has access to compassionate, professional psychological support, and where seeking help is seen not as a weakness, but as an act of profound courage and self-leadership.
To deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible counseling and psychotherapy services that empower individuals and communities to overcome emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. We are committed to fostering resilience, restoring dignity, and unlocking the full potential of every person we serve — through ethical, evidence-based, and deeply human care. We also offer free community interventions such as seminars and outreaches to less privileged teenage girls and women within our reach.
